Manny Pacquiao Leads Celebrities in Island Pacific Canoga Park

Grand Opening Weekend Celebration Feb 12-14

This coming Feb 12-14 promises to be an unforgettable weekend of exciting shows, music, dancing, fun & treats for all, during the Island Pacific Supermarket Canoga Park Grand Opening Weekend Celebration. No less than World Boxing Champ and legendary hero Manny Pacquiao will lead the exciting celebration in Island Pacific’s second store in San Fernando Valley.

The weekend celebration starts on February 12 Friday at 6:00 pm featuring Champ Manny Pacquiao w/ his MP band,Songwriter Lito Camo, Paco Arespacochaga & the Introvoys and Kababayan 18’s host, Janelle So. To reach out to the Latino community, there will be popular Spanish celebrity Mayra Berenice from radio station El Gato 103.1 and the Folclorico Mariachi Band. The first 150 will receive a 5 x 7 autographed photo of Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao.

The following day, February 13, Saturday, another exciting show is lined up from 11:00 am- 2:00 pm, featuring Vince Alaras, the former Southborder lead vocalist, the Asian Dolls with Ms. Patricia Javier, and a Mariachi Band.

On Valentine’s Day,February 14, Sunday, a fun-filled show for the whole family will be held from 11:00 am- 2:00 pm. Circus Artistes & Stilt Walkers will entertain the family and children will especially love the magic show, juggling, and balloon twisting.
